/Empire/

*Ground*

2-M Repulsor Tank
-----------------

Strong Against: T2-B Tank, MPTL-2A, Anti-Infantry Turret
Weak Against: T4-B Tank, Plex Soldier

This is a fairly handy tool for taking on large packs of the enemy
ground units and taking on defensives. You may also be able to take
on an enemy anti-vehicle structure and take it down before they
destroy one of your units, but don't expect that to happen often.
Don't really try to use these quick guys when taking on infantry
because they don't do it that well, but the shielding on this guy will
keep you protected for a majority of the firefights.

AT-AA
-----

Strong Against: Y-wings, Speeders
Weak Against: T4-B Tank, MPTL-2A

This is your standard anti-aircraft land based vehicle for the Empire.
These guys will be able to rip apart enemy Y-wings and Speeders before
they can inflict massive amounts of damage on you, but the downside is
that they are slow and require a high technological branch to build
them. The name of the game with these guys is to have several in an
arc around your base in order to defend from bombing runs that can
originate out of any corner on the map.

AT-AT
-----

Strong Against: Turrets, Buildings, Vehicles
Weak Against: Airspeeder, Plex Soldiers

This is going to be your big momma when taking on a huge horde of
enemy vehicles and buildings, but it does not come without a cost.
The speed and turning of each of the metal behemoths is very slow and
you will need to protect against enemy units getting up close as it
will not be able to fire on them from up close. Additionally you will
want to have some support for them in order to counteract any enemy
infantry that gets too close, because they do not deal with infantry
all that well. Mainly use these guys when you have support ahead of
it and will be taking on things from long distance.

AT-ST
-----

Strong Against: Turrets, Buildings
Weak Against: T2-B Tank, T4-B Tank, Plex Soldiers

Do not understimate the power of these things in a group, becaue the
first time that you do you will be regretting it. These guys are the
best link to use if you don't happen to have foot soldiers or tanks at
your disposal, because they can do both jobs just not as well as their
specific counterparts. I repeat do not understimate them, because if
you get two squads worth you can deal a good amount of damage to
buildings and take turrets out with ease.

SPMA-T
------

Strong Against: Buildings
Weak Against: T2-B Tank, T4-B Tank, Plex Soldiers

This is your artillery for the Empire and it sure can do a lot of
damage. This guy can do a ton of damage at long range, way before any
enemy unit will be able to get within range in order to strike against
them. You will need to make sure to have some support for these guys
up close as they have very little armor and will get destroyed very
quickly if you do not give them a little bit of protection.

Stormtrooper
------------

Strong Against: Rebel Infantry
Weak Against: MPTL-2A, Infiltrator

This is your basic ground fighter for the Empire and you will want to
have several of these guys at your disposal whenever you go to engage
the enemy because they are critical. These squads that come in 9 are
what make you capable of using the building pads and defending against
enemy ground troops and anti-vehicle turrets.

Scout Trooper
-------------

Strong Against: MPTL-2A
Weak Against: T2-B Tank, T4-B Tank

These scouts are good for several reasons. First of all they give you
the capability of quickly scouting out an area for an upcoming bombing
run. Additionally, they are good for taking out enemy artiller, by
quickly dropping near them and using the explosive packs in order to
take them out quickly before the artillery can lay waste to your other
troops because they will.

TIE Mauler
----------

Strong Against: Rebel Infantry
Weak Against: T2-B Tank, T4-B Tank, Plex Soldiers

You will want to use these guys predominantly against enemy troops
because they will go through them like swiss cheese. One group of
these guys will quickly take out an enemy squad and they are very
inexpensive so losing a squad or two of these guys are not the end of
the world. Use them a lot and frequently and you will find that the
enemy troops will not bother you at all.

*Space*

Acclamator Cruiser
------------------

Strong Against: Corellian Corvette, Marauder Missile Cruiser
Weak Against: Mon Calamari Star Cruiser, Y-Wing, Assault Frigate

These guys will make up the bulk of your fighting force in the
beginning especially before you have the capability to build Star
Destroyers. They are fast and agile and are pretty well equipped
for what you pay for them and their torpedo launcher comes in handy
when assaulting bases and you want to take out the shields.Even
though one on one the Acclamator will become obsolete pairing a
couple of these with a few Victory Star Destroyers and you will
have a fierce fighting force.

Broadside-Class Cruiser
-----------------------

Strong Against: X-Wing, Y-Wing, Space Stations
Weak Against: Mon Calamari Cruiser, Assault Frigate, Corellian Gunship

Although it is said that they work well against enemy fighters, you
will still want to predominantly use these long range ships in order
to weaken the defenses of an enemy base because their scatter damage
will damage a lot of systems not just one. They will not be as
precise as TIE Bombers, but they will do the basic job of dealing
damage to enemy starbases.

Imperial Star Destroyer
-----------------------

Strong Against: Corellian Corvette, Corellian Gunship,
Assault Frigate, Nebulon-B Frigate
Weak Against: Y-Wing Bomber, Mon Calamari Cruiser

you will want to have several of these guys in any armada in order
to assure certain victory over your enemy. These guys can deliver a
massive amount of damage to the enemy while taking a good amount
themselves. The only thing that makes this inferior to the Mon
Calamari Star Cruiser is the fact that there is no destroyable
shield generator for the Mon Cals.Despite that little fact these
guys are brutal and welcome in any fleet.

Interdictor Cruiser
-------------------

Strong Against: Marauder Missile Cruiser
Weak Against: Everything

These guys are really not worth it at all because they are useless
in single player mode where the enemy will almost always stay and
fight until the bitter end.The only time that these guys will be
useful is when playing someone else and keeping the enemy from
escaping.

Tartan Patrol Cruiser
---------------------

Strong Against: X-Wing, Y-Wing, A-Wing
Weak Against: Mon Calamari Cruiser, Assault Frigate,
Nebulon-B Frigate

These are essential in any fleet and are fairly inexpensive so
having about 4 of them is not an unreasonable thing especially since
the majority of the fire power and capability of the enemy is in
fighters. They will be able to help slightly against other frigates
but dont expect to take them on themselves.

TIE Bomber
----------

Strong Against: Mon Calamari Cruisers, Assault Frigates
Weak Against: Corellian Corvette, X-Wing, A-Wing, Marauder Cruiser

The TIE Bomber are essential when taking on any enemy base because
you will want to immediately take down the bases shields and then
start to work on the missile and torpedo launchers so that the base
will pose less of a threat to your capital ships. Make sure to give
them some extra fighter support so they don't get pummeled.

TIE Fighter
-----------

Strong Against: Z-95 Headhunter, Y-Wing
Weak Against: Corellian Corvette, X-Wing, A-Wing, Marauder Cruiser

To be honest you will never really find a good reason to use TIE
Fighters because of their weak nature. The only time that you will
want to specifically use them is when you need to take out the
enemy Y-wings.

TIE Scout
---------

Strong Against: Y-Wings
Weak Against: Corellian Corvette, X-Wing, A-Wing

You will want to predominantly use these guys in order to find a
new area that will allow you to bring in reinforcements. You can
also use them to scout out the enemy area, but for the most part
you will want to be bringing in the heavy guns when you do scout.

Victory Class Star Destroyer
----------------------------

Strong Against: Corellian Corvette, Corellian Gunship,
Marauder Missile Cruiser
Weak Against: Y-Wing, Mon Calamari Star Cruiser

What these guys lack in firepower they make up for in speed. You
will usually want to use these in connection with Acclamators in
order to make up for the lack of sheer firepower that you would get
from an Imperial Star Destroyer.

*Heroes*

Boba Fett
---------

In space Boba Fett will be useful primarily when the enemy deploys
Han Solo, in order to take him down before he causes too much damage.
He will also be handy in taking on enemy hardpoints. On the ground he
is more useful because he can get around quickly and his flamethrower
will make quick work of enemy infantry.

Captain Piett
-------------

He is in command of an Imperial Star Destroyer and his has a little
bit more firepower than the regular Imp Stars. The one bonus that he
has is the proton beam which is very useful in creating a lot damage
for the enemy ships, but it doesn't seem to be very useful when taking
on an enemy base.

Colonel Veers
-------------

This guy will come with an AT-AT and he has the capability of using
Maximum firepower, which will boost the power of the cannon and you
will more than likely be able to destroy any structure that you want
and not have to worry about it.

Darth Vader
-----------

Vader is possibly the most powerful player in the game and you will
want to use him on ground battles all of the time. He is extremely
powerful on the ground and has the capability of taking on each of the
ground troops and vehicles that he may encounter with different
special abilities. He is ok in space, but nothing that you would really
want to rely upon.

Emperor Palpatine
-----------------

Another powerful ground unit for the Empire will serve you well in
your travels.Emperor Palpatine has the capability of using Force
Lightning in order to take out hordes of enemy troops and the Force
Corrupt will allow the use of enemy infantry to use against their
own kind.

Mara Jade
---------

Mara Jade is pretty wimpy and you will find that you realy don't want
to use her that much. She has the useful Force Corrupt ability but for
the most part she is not worth your time.

/Rebellion/

*Ground*

Infiltrator
-----------

Strong Against: Stormtrooper
Weak Against: TIE Mauler

These units are good against enemy stormtroopers because of their
ability to fire from a good distance away. They can also defend
themselves fairly well with thermal detonators against vehicles, but
if you get too close to the Maulers, you can say good bye to these
guys.

MPTL-2A Artillery
-----------------

Strong Against: Turrets, AT-AA, Stormtrooper
Weak Against: 2-M Repulsor, AT-AT, Scout Trooper

This is the Rebellion artillery and it is considerably more agile and
better suited for multi-tasking than its Imperial counterpart. It can
easily take on and take out enemy units from afar and the little units
that come with it are great for scouting out areas in which you will
want to bring in a bombing run.

Plex Soldiers
-------------

Strong Against: Vehicles
Weak Against: Stormtrooper, TIE Mauler

These guys are very good on taking down enemy vehicles and in large
numbers these guys can tear enemy vehicles to shreds within seconds.
Yet, you will want to be careful about the Maulers because in large
numbers they can overwhelm your soldiers.

Rebel Infantry
--------------

Strong Against: Stormtrooper
Weak Against: Stormtrooper, TIE Mauler

This is another basic ground trooper. Nothing really special just
good for taking on other enemy troops.

T-2B Repulsor Tank
------------------

Strong Against: Artillery, Anti-Infantry Turrets
Weak Against: Large vehicles, Anti-Vehicle Turrets

These guys are pretty good for all around use due to their capabilty
of taking on turrets and enemy infantry alike. Not as powerful in
groups as the AT-STs they will still be an added bonus when bringing
them to any battle.

T4-B Tank
---------

Strong Against: SPMA-T, AT-ST, TIE Mauler, 2-M Repulsor Tank
Weak Against: AT-AT

These tanks are a little bit more agile than the Imperial tanks and
you will probably find yourself using them more often to fill in
the roles for units that you do not have.Powerful against enemy
vehicles and even fair against infantry make this a good all around
piece.

T-47 Airspeeder
---------------

Strong Against: AT-AT
Weak Against: AT-AA

These guys are what you are going to want to use in order to take
down enemy AT-ATs if you think you are going to have any chance
against them.Make sure to watch out for enemy AT-AAs because they will
cut through them like swiss cheese.

*Space*

Assault Frigate Mk II
---------------------

Strong Against: Tartan Patrol Cruiser, Broadside Cruiser,
Acclamator Cruiser
Weak Against: Imperial Star Destroyer, TIE Bomber

This guy is essentially a mix between an Victory Star Destroyer and
an Acclamator. It has a better capability of defending itself against
enemy fighters, but not quite as powerful as a Star Destroyer, but
they will be needed in any well rounded assault.

A-Wing
------

Strong Against: TIE Bomber, TIE Fighter, TIE Scout
Weak Against: Tartan Cruiser

You will want to use these guys for the sole purpose of taking down
enemy fighters and bombers. These guys work fast and move fast and the
enemy TIEs will have abig problem when taking these guys on in great
number.

Corellian Corvette
------------------

Strong Against: TIE Bomber, TIE Fighter, TIE Scout
Weak Against: Imperial Star Destroyer, Victory Star Destroyer,
Acclamator Cruiser

These guys are very good for taking on enemy fighters and that is all
they should do because they will get eaten up very fast against enemy
frigates and capital ships.

Corellian Gunship
-----------------

Strong Against: Tartan Patrol Cruiser, Broadside Cruiser
Weak Against: Imperial Star Destroyer, Victory Star Destroyer

Down right not as good as a Y-wing.The Y-wing has better and more
capabilities. Don't waste your money.

Marauder Missile Cruiser
------------------------

Strong Against: TIE Fighter, TIE Bomber, Space Stations
Weak Against: Imperial Star Destroyer, Victory Star Destroyer,
Acclamator Cruiser, Interdictor Cruiser

Exactly like the Broadside missile cruiser for the Empire.Best for
taking down the hard points on enemy bases, but it can take on
enemy fighets and be proficient if necessary.

Mon Calamari Cruiser
--------------------

Strong Against: Imperial Star Destroyer, Victory Star Destroyer,
Acclamator Cruiser, Tartan Patrol Cruiser, Broadside Cruiser
Weak Against: TIE Bomber

The only way in which the Mon Cal Cruiser is not the equal of an Imp
Star Destroyer is through the nearly limitless TIEs, but it makes up
for it with no destroyable shield generators, so the enemy will have
to take out its shields if they think that they are going to be
taking down one of these.

Nebulon-B Frigate
-----------------

Strong Against: Tartan Patrol Cruiser
Weak Against: TIE Bombers, Capital Ships

Essentially the counterpart of the Acclamator vessel, but with the
ability to boost the shields. It will also not have the endless supply
of fighters and not as powerful it will still make it worthy of
pairing it with some assault frigates to make a pretty good strike
force.

X-Wing
------

Strong Against: TIE Bomber, TIE Fighter, TIE Scout
Weak Against: Tartan Cruiser, Broadside Cruiser

X-wings will be predominantly used to take on enemy fighters before
you get the capability of using A-wings, and at that point you will
probably find yourself fasing out the X-wings in favor of the faster
and more useful A-wings.

Y-Wing
------

Strong Against: Imperial Star Destroyer, Victory Star Destroyer,
Acclamator Cruiser, Interdictor Cruiser
Weak Against: TIEs, Frigates

Exactly like the TIE Bomber except for the Ion Cannon Capability,
which is so nice.Take a few squadrons to an Imp Star and you will
be able to take down the shields in order to have a weaker force
take it out because it no longer has shields.

Z-95 Headhunter
---------------

Strong Against: TIE Bomber
Weak Against: Tartan Cruiser, TIE Fighter, TIE Scout

Not even going to go anywhere with this one, all I am going to say is
don't waste your credits unless absolutely necessary.

*Heroes*

Commander Ackbar
----------------

Ackbar has a pretty sweet Mon Cal Cruiser, the Home One that is very
useful in fights. It has the ability to boost shields and can give the
command for all nearby units to concentrate firepower on a single
point. The only downside is Home One does have a destroyable Shield
Generator so it is more susceptable than the other Mon Cals.

Captain Antilles
----------------

Essentially he is just another Correllian Corvette good at taking down
enemy fighters.Don't expect to use him very often as he really doesn't
provide that good of help on the battlefield.

Han Solo & Chewbacca
--------------------

These two are the most useful heroes for the Rebellion and you will
find yourself wanting to use them all the time. The Millenium Falcon is
great in space and can be invulnerable for a certain period of time.
On the ground Han can use an EMP pulse to knock out enemy units and
Chewbacca can steal any vehicles that is little heart desires.

Kyle Katarn
-----------

He is essentially an upgraded special commando for the Rebels who will
hop around and give support as needed.Pretty useful if you need to
take out a certain building on the map.

Mon Mothma
----------

In battle she is useless, well except for the fact that she will give
a defensive bonus to all forces. Her real beauty is the fact that she
cuts the cost of everything by 25% whever she is, so you will find
yourself using her a lot.

Obi-Wan Kenobi
--------------
Very powerful and useful in the battlefield. He has the ability to
constantly heal friendly units on the fly and that will be where he
is most important to the Rebellion. His other ability will also be
capable of lessening the damage taken nearby units.

R2-D2 & C-3PO
-------------

Predominantly you will be using these guys in order to procure new
technology for the Rebellion.Although they may have a little bit of
battlefield help, it is really not worth bringing them out for a big
old battle.

Red Squadron
------------

These guys are a beefed up X-wing squadron with the help of Luke and
lucky shot, which will allow for massive damage on any hardpoint. It
is also essential when the enemy has the Death Star and you will want
to use it to keep the enemy from using the Death Star.
===================================================================

Imperial Campaign
===================================================================
/Prelude/
1.Slay the Rebel scum and burn their buildings to the ground.
2.Lord Vader must survive.
3.Destroy the communications array.
4.Destroy the Rebel Power Generator.

This is a pretty straightforward fight and you will soon learn to
have Vader out in front as it will get nothing short of a lot of
firepower to put this Dark Menace down. You will want to break down
your entire force into different squads for each type of unit. You
will want to proceed until you see the power generator, with which
you will want to destroy and make your way towards the rest of the
scum.Once the shield is down you will be able to do a lot of damage
with a bombing run and then you can go in there and finish up where
the bombers started off.

/Mission 1/
1.Build a ground assault force and recapture Fondor.
2.The local humans are allied with our enemies. Destroying them and
their structures will go a long way toward helping our cause.
3.Destroy all Rebellion land forces and structures to win.

I will be honest and say that I first expected this mission to be
quite easy, but I was obviously incorrect. There will be massive
amounts of enemy troops so you will want to have a good amount of
anti-infantry units, aka Maulers. You will want to build up a good
force up Maulers, AT-STs, and Stormtroopers and make sure to have
Vader and bombing runs available as there is a lot of troops to
take on.

You will want to continuously build up anti-infantry turrets and
repair stations for your vehicles as you will be constantly needing
them.you will want to destroy all of the buildings as you go in
order to lessen the troops the enemy will have. Once you get to the
next reinforcement point you will want to brin in Vader and more
forces. As you take on the enemy base in the NorthEast take your time
and use each of your forces to take out the appropriate turrets in
order to keep your forces from getting mauled down.Like I said before
use Maulers a lot as they will come in handy.

/Mission 2/
1.Build a probe droid and send it to Ilum.
2.Build a fleet and escort Boba Fett to Ilum.
3.Destroy all the pirate sensor pods.
4.Boba Fett must survive.
5.Bring in reinforcements and destroy the pirate space station
to flush out their leader.
6.Attack the pirate leader until he submits. Do not let him escape.

This one can be tricky so be careful because if the pirates are
alerted to your presence before you can bring in your forces you will
not be able to beat the mission. The reinforcement force that you will
want to bring in should consist of several Acclamators and Tartans to
take on the enemy forces.Additonally a fleet commander will not be a
bad idea to have either.

When you first control you will have Boba Fett who can easily take out
the probes, but you will want to take them out first and then their
accompanying fighters with his seismic charges.Make your way through
the outer rim so not as to be detected.Once the probes are down the
fleet can enter in to take down the base.Make sure to have the Tartans
and TIEs protect against fighters and have the Acclamators take out
the base. When the base is gone you will have to take down the flying
pirate so you will want to take out the engines first in order to keep
him from getting anywhere. He really shouldn't get away so don't worry
too much

/Mission 3/
1.Build a fleet and escort Darth Vader to Geonosis.
2.Space Battle: Quash the Rebel space station.
3.Lord Vader must survive.
4.Land Battle: Destroy any Geonosian structures you see for a bonus.
5.Destroy all Rebellion land forces and structures to win.

One precursor thing that you should do in order to get some help in
the future is to take Bestine because it will allow you to have a
reduced cost on all Acclamators which is really nice. You will also
want to take out the systems to the left of the route down to Geonosis
in order to get a boost to unit production, credit income, and help
in order to keep from having as many enemy planets that are against
you.Make sure to have a good amount of forces in the area and start to
take out the space areas. It is also wise to use a Probe Droid to scout
out in advance so you don't go into an area in which you know that you
will get destroyed or bring too much forces that could be used else
where.

As long as you have built up a decently sized fleet of Acclamators and
Tartan cruisers you will be able to take down any force that the
Rebels will have. You will want to take out as many planets as
possible because if you don't the enemy Rebels will constantly be
attacking your fleet with a decently sized force, that can be defeated
with ease, but it still is nicer not to have to deal with it.Taking
down the Geonosian space base is not hard so long as you have a big
enough fleet to destroy the Rebels.

This ground battle is quite easy really. You will want to bring in
Vader and TIE Maulers.Immediately you will want to take down the
nearest structures and then take the other reinforcement point to
bring in more Maulers.Next just sweep through the enemy and make sure
to build repair points on the build pads as you go as they are fairly
inexpensive and are very useful in order to keep your Maulers up and
running.

/Mission 4/
1.Take Control of Mon Calamari space.
2.Crush the Rebel scum and their Space Station.
3.Eliminate all Mon Calamari capital ships.

In order to make your way to Mon Calamari you will want to take Kuat.
By taking Kuat you will have a step stone to that area and in the
future you will be able to build Imp Star Destroyers in the future.
If you feel like it you can take the area systems in order to build
up forces in order to take out Mon Calamari.

In order to be able to take Mon Calamari you will have an opportunity
to upgrade all stations to build Victory Star Destroyers. They are not
as good as Imperial Class Destroyers, but they will be very helpful
when trying to take out Mon Calamari because you will soon find
yourself in a heap of trouble without them.A good sizable force that
would be appropriate to take Mon Calamari would be 3 Vic Star
Destroyers, 3 Acclamators and 5 Tartans. Now you may already have all
that because you are industrious and like to have the capability to
crush your enemy easily.Although not necessary Broadside cruisers can
help.

You will have a long little trip up to the space station at which
point you will find out that two Mon Cal cruisers have come in to help
the base. This may seem like a problem, but I assure you it is not that
bad.You will want to immediately attack and destroy the Base as soon
as possible to make it easier later.Make sure to use your TIE Bombers
to take out the hard points on the Mon Cals because they make the
fight that much easier.Don't be surprised if you lose some forces as
the Mon Cals are superior ships in and of themselves, but your
overwhelming force should be able to take them easily.

/Mission 5/
1.Stop the Wookiee uprising on Kashyyyk.
2.Protect the Imperial prisons.
3.Stop Han Solo from freeing the Wookiees.

This is actually a very easy land battle for some reason so don't be
worried at all.Immediately you will want to land some Stormtroopers,
Maulers and Vader. After you have done that you will want to head up
to the prison ahead of you to stop Han in his tracks. When you see
him you will want to immediately focus all units on him and it doesn't
hurt either to do a bombing run on him. After he escapes you will want
to do a little cleanup on the planet and destroy any Rebel turrets,
but stuff that can be done with both hands tied behind your back.

Don't be worried if you a few prisons as that is bound to happen
because you don't have any ground troops yet.You will not be penalized
for them, just make sure that you are able to take down Han before he
gets the rest of them.

/Mission 6/
1.Escort Veers to Carida and help him test out the AT-AT Prototype.

This is another easy mission to do and you will find yourself
wondering why it is so easy. You only need to take Veers no one else
as there will be no space battle.

You will start off with the AT-AT in a barrier and you will be
instructed to follow the course. As you proceed through the course
you will notice that there are build pads, use them and put a bunch
of anti-infantry turrets (except the first one), you'll need them
soon enough.Just follow the arrows out and then down taking out all
of the vehicles in the process. You will take a right and then be
prompted to deploy some Stormtroopers in order to better facilitate
the killing off of the enemy troops.Continue on and kill the rancor
to trigger the next sequence.

The Rebels will land some units in order to disupt you, but luckily
for you, you have already got the defenses up that all you need to
deal with is the tanks that deploy near the AT-AT.Walk away a little
and then demolish them to finish the mission.

/Mission 7/
1.Take Control of Jabiim.

This one will take some preperation so take your time and don't worry
about rushing this one.At this point you will want to pretty much take
on the rest of the galaxy, except for Yavin IV and put it under your
fist.Make sure to have level 4 space stations in key locations that
would likely encounter Rebel fleets and make sure to have a good
amount of land units in order to protect against any unwanted Rebel
land forces.

The space battle is a cake walk so long as you have a good sized fleet
which you should already have.Make sure to put your commanders in the
back as they will be needed later. The Rebels will have an Ion Cannon
that will pound your capital ships, but there is nothing that you can
do about it, other than just try to keep on going and trying to
protect them as much as possible.

You will need to have a good amount of Maulers on the ground because
the enemy will have a lot of troops in the area due to the local
housing, but a good amount of Maulers should keep you fairly safe.
Another strategy is to drop some artillery units down in order to
help you defend against the impending horde. The shield generator is in
the NorthEast of the map, lightly defended so make sure to take it out
and land Veers.Using Veers you should be able to take out the enemy
turrets in the base and bring in the rest of your troops in orde to
take the Rebel base with ease.

/Mission 8/
1.Locate and defeat Moff Kalast.
2.Destroy all Rebel ships and space stations.
3.Find and defeat Moff Kalast.

You will want to head to Azterri immediately to take out this nuisance
once and for all, but as you jump in he jumps out leaving a huge Rebel
fleet to contend with. There will be a lot, and I mean a lot of
Corellian Corvettes so be prepared.

You will constantly need to bring in more Acclamators and Vic Star
Destroyers to help keep your forces steady. You will want to take out
the Space Station immediately to keep it from harassing you and from
spitting out more and more fighters.Pretty much this is a battle with
no skill and just pure force.Keep bringing in forces and pounding away
at the ships that have it out for you and you will eventually win out
and send troops to take the land.

Your next stop will probably be Coruscant as the Moff is heading that
way, but in order to keep him from running again you will be granted
the use of an Interdictor cruiser.Once the battle begins you will want
to use the gravity well in order to keep him from leaving. With that he
will want to destroy it in order to escape, so make sure to keep your
forces up in order to keep him far enough away.Make sure to use your
Bombers as usual to take out as many hard points as possible to make
your life easier.

/Mission 9/
1.Escort the Emperor to Bothawui and help him show the Bothans
the error of their ways.
2.Planetary Battle: Emperor Palpatine must survive.
3.Destroy all of the Bothans and their structures.

This is another cakewalk mission as Palpatine is practically a god.He
is very hard to kill and can take out all hte forces by himself. You
really won't have to destroy all of the structures in the area, just
about half of them and then you will probably have a small space
battle to clean up and you will be finished.

/Mission 10/
1.Build a fleet and escort Vader to Tatooine to capture Princess Leia.
You'll need at least one Imperial Star Destroyer to use its tractor
beam on her ship.
2.Save at least one Interdictor.
3.Destroy the Pirates and their space station.
4.Lord Vader must survive.
5.Hide your fleet in the nebulas.
6.Wait until the Princess receives the data transmission.

It is getting near the end now and you have one complicated mission
to complete before the fun begins. You will first need to take out
the space station and make sure to keep your Interdictors at a safe
range.Once the station is destroyed you will want to get your forces
into the nebulae in order to escape detection.

Tantive IV will jump in and receive the transmission, but you will
need to act fast in order to actually stop her from leaving. After
you have activated the gravity wells to keep her from leaving you
will need to use one of your Imp Stars to tractor beam the ship
and then you will be done with the mission.

/Mission 11/
1.Escort the Death Star to Alderaan.

Now this is where the fun begins, Death Star time! This is a really
hard battle to lose, so don't screw it up.You will want to meet up
with the death star and you will engage in a space battle as you reach
Alderaan. You will immediately be able to bring in even more help
as your initial units dont count towards the population cap.Just hold
out until the Death Star is ready to fire, pull the lever, and watch
the fireworks as you slaughter billions.

/Mission 12/
1.Destroy Alzoc III, Polus, Shola, Hoth, and Yavin IV.

This is pretty easy at this point as you need to march from planet
to planet destroying them. The Rebels won't be defeated automatically
at each of the planets and you will need to hunt them down to get rid
of the rest of them.At this point you should have a massive unit cap
that you should be able to max out with Imp Stars and other ships so
taking on any enemy fleet should be relatively easy. Each planet will
have an Ion Cannon and level 5 station, but it should still be a walk
in the park for each of the missions.
===================================================================

Rebel Campaign
===================================================================
/Prelude/
1.Destroy the six Imperial Shipyards.
2.The Sundered Heart must survive.

The prelude is pretty easy with the small force that you have. You
will encounter some Tartan cruisers along the way, but with the
five ships that you have there should be no problem taking them out.

The idea is to blow up the little containers that rae near the
shipyards to make them go up in a blaze of glory.Actually it is quite
easy to finish this mission and you will find yourself asking why.

/Mission 1/
1.Take R2-D2 with a ground force to Wayland and have him steal codes
from the Imperial Network.

You will want to quickly gather together a small land force and take
Kuat so you can add that to your population cap and add the credit
income to your very meager amount.

Lucky for you Wayland has a very large population cap for you to work
with so you shouldn't have to worry about getting forces on the
ground.Your force should consist of Plex, Troopers, and T-2B tanks
and of course should include the droids, but make sure to split
everybody up by unit type for quick and easy switching. The head of
your force should be the T-2Bs followed quickly by the Plex so they
can deal with the AT-STs quickly.Clearing out the base shouldn't be
a problem so long as the tanks take the front and take out the turrets
that you will come across.

Once you get the droids on the uplink the Empire will land some troops
from all around, so you should have made use of all of the turrets in
the base. The last wave will consist of a bunch of TIE Maulers, so make
sure you get a good force of Plex around the droids to destroy them
quickly. With the link done, get to the landing zone and get out of
there.

/Mission 2/

1.Take a ground assault force to Fresia and steal the X-Wing
prototypes.
2.Escort the pilots to the X-Wings.
3.At least one pilot must survive.
4.Destroy the Power Generator.

Your next stop is Fresia, but along the way you will want to take
Wayland and Korriban to add to your list of controlled planets. When
you go to Fresia you will want to bring along a lot of ground units
and some Y-wings to take advantage of the bombing capabilities.

Your first stop on this cheery little trip is the power generator
that is powering the turbolaser batteries that guard the X-wings.
The best way to do this is to sacrifice one T-2B to get the sight of
the generator and call down a Y-wing Bombing run in order to take it
out easy like. Then you can just walk your way up to the X-wings with
no problem. The hard part is when you hear of anti-aircraft units. The
closest ones to you will be easy to take out, but the ones in the
center of the map will be harder. The best way to take care of them
is to take two bombing runs to the middle, you will lose the Y-wings
but you won't lose the mission.

/Mission 3/
1.Use the Y-Wing Bomber's Ion Cannon special ability to immobilize
the convoy's shuttles, then rescue the prisoners with the Sundered
Heart.

This one isn't too bad, but you will need to play it carefully.Make
sure to have a large group of X-wings and Corvettes in order to deal
with any Acclamators and TIE Fighters. The Acclamators will hit you
hard, but you can do it.Before you build up your fleet ignore Mothma
and take Fresia. You will also want to have several groups of Y-wings
in order to take the shuttles.Break them up in groups of three and
have them each target a shuttle and swoop in with Antilles ship to
get them out.

Eventually 2 Imp Stars will decide to join the party so you will need
to go quickly to get the rest of the shuttles, before the Imp Stars
decide to blast you out of space.

/Mission 4/
1.Drag the droids onto the Steal action on an Imperial planet to
steal technology.

This is an easy one for the Rebels, head back to Kessel and take it
to add it to your increasing total and then upgrade things as
necessary with the new technology level. Then take the droids and
drag them to Mon Calamari in order to steal the Marauder cruiser,
which will help you immensly when taking on some of the capital ships
of the Empire until you can get some real firewpower.

/Mission 5/
1.Send a ground assault force to Kashyyyk and assist the crusader
in freeing as many Wookiees as possible.
2.Destroy five Imperial prisons.
3.Han Solo must survive.

The most important thing to do at this point is to take Mon Calamari
and Bothwui before you even think about taking on Kashyyyk. These two
planets are where most of the Empire will concentrate their efforts
on retaking these planets. In the mean time keep stealing with the
droids in order to bolster up the capabilities of your fleet. When you
take Mon Calamari build shield generator and you should be golden
because that planet is practically impossible to take with a shield
generator.

Don't forget that you have a planet to take. You will want to build up
a small force and take Kashyyyk before the Imperials have the chance.
Taking out the prisons is really not that hard just make sure to take
your time and keep using the build pads to heal the vehicles because
they are the most important part of this battle.Han can destroy the
prisons by himself by moving him into the arches.Eventually you get
some Wookies that will help you and you can arm them by moving them to
the huts.Continue on taking out prisons and you will eventually beat
this mission.

/Mission 6/
1.Build a fleet and escort Captain Antilles to Atzerri to recover the
stolen data.

The hard part about this is that you need to take over a lot of
planets before you can actually get to Atzerri, so be prepared for a
lot of fighting planet by planet.Once you take a planet, it is most
wise to take and build a turbolaser battery and a shield generator
for each because you can then defend it a lot easier with the little
troops that you will have.Eventually after a while you will be able to
actually do your mission.

Eventually you will come to Azterri and will find yourself in a bit of
a predicament, when an Imperial fleet of a Imp and 2 Vic Destroyers
are in their fleet. Now to be prepared for this you should have atleast
5 assault frigates, a few marauders, and a good amount of X-wings and
Y-wings.Take your time building up the fleet so long as you have a
majority of the worlds protected. You will need to multi-task here as
you try to get rid of the Star Destroyers and disable and capture the
pirate ship.Make sure to use your Y-wings on the hard points (mainly
the shields and hangar) and use the Engine boost to catch up to the
ship.Once you are done with the SDs you will need to destroy the
Interdictors in order to finish this mission.

/Mission 7/
1.Take a fleet to Corellia and rescue Han Solo.

This is a walk in the park. All you have to do is take a bunch of
Y-wings and disable the Star Destroyers Tractor Beam, thats it.
Mission done.

/Mission 8/
1.Take Han Solo to Vergasso, find the cargo container bound for
the research facility, and attach the EMP device to it.

This one is not that hard either, but it can be if you don't know
any of the tricks.First off, the only unit you will have is the
Millenium Falcon, but just as good a unit as any to have. You will
need to go around and scan each of the containers to find the one
that you are looking for.Make sure to travel in a counter
clockwise motion in order to minimize the contact with the Tartan
cruisers in the area.

Eventually Boba Fett will come after you, but he can be taken out
easily if you lure him into a nebulae where there are no shields
and to activate the invulnerability. With that you should easily
finish the mission and find the container that you are looking for.

/Mission 9/
1.Escort the fleet to Corulag and protect the shuttles while the
soldiers search for information.

At this point the end will start coming very fast and very soon
so you will want to take some extra precautions.Make sure that all
planets that are close to the core have shield generators and good
space stations as they will most likely come under attack near the
end. This is also the time that you will want to start building up
a decent fleet of frigates to help you in the end.Sure they may not
be as good as the Mon Cals you will get, but they can still hold
their own against SDs.

You will want to bring every ship you can to Corulag and start
searching. All you have to do is protect the shuttles that are docked
at the station by just parking your fleet next to them. The mission
should go fairly easy from this point on.As you can see the Rebel
missions themselves are not that hard, it is just the beginning
building up that is.

/Mission 10/
1.Guide Han and Chewie through Carida to retrieve the plans for the
Mon Calamari Star Cruiser.

When you go planet side you will only have Han and Chewie, but they
are the best heroes you got so they should be able to hold up pretty
well.Make sure to use Han's emp on the infantry turrets to get by
them without having too much trouble or getting splattered. You will
next come across a squad and use them to create a bacta tank to heal
up anybody that may need it.The next part will require some finesse
by taking out the nearby troops and infantry turret with Han.Once that
is done you will need to commandeer the AT-AT with Chewie and start to
play bash and go with the AT-STs.

After you go down a narrow corridor filled with troops and AT-STs you
will need to go and destroy the nice Power Generator in the area with
Chewie in the AT-AT.You will want to head back up to the center area
and take out the turrets and get Han and Chewie Healed up, and maybe
the AT-AT as needed. The next part is just pure running because the
force with which you need to contend with to get to the plans is a
very good deterent.Make sure to run as fast as you can and get to the
shuttles and now you will be able to build Mon Cals to take on the
Imp Stars.

/Mission 11/
1.Defeat the Imperial Fleet before it reaches Mon Calamari.

You would think that this would be a hard mission, but it really isn't
thanks to Ackbar. As soon as you get the mission you will get Ackbar
and 4 Mon Cals in order to defend. Now if you have conquered a good
deal of the galaxy and the line to get to Mon Cal you will want to
take your fleet to Corellia where the battle will soon begin. This
battle is pretty much a straight forward slugging match with both
sides not willing to back down.

Just make sure you have a strong fleet to defend with.Don't worry
if you need to let them take a few planets in order to get enough
ships to defend against them, because it will all be over very soon.

/Mission 12/
1.Confront the Death Star in a tactical battle that includes Red
Squadron. If Red Squadron survives the battle, Luke can destroy the
Death Star and win the game.

At this point the easiest way of doing this is by taking your fleet
and setting it up at Kessel, because the Death Star will destroy
Kuat and Alderaan and there is nothing you can do about it.Once you
get the chance add Han and Red Squadron to your fleet and head off
for the Death star.

The battle really isn't that hard, just make sure to have a lot of
ships, mainly Mon Cal Cruisers and assault frigates. The battle is not
that hard and all you really need to do is keep Red Squadron in the
back and and take out the enemy space station to destroy the Death
Star and save the galaxy!
