Silent Hill 3
Access Beginner Mode, and Extra Options.Press all four shoulder buttons in the options menu. To access beginner fighting mode you have to die twice in the normal game. To change the fighting to beginner mode select it in the extra options menu.
Douglas in Boxers
Complete the game, then select ''Extra New Game'' option at the main menu and press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, O, X. Heather will sigh after you choose a difficulty and riddle level to confirm the code.
Extra Costumes
Complete the game, and get the Extra Costumes option you can enter these passwords there:

Extra scenes
First, use a memory card with a completed saved game file from Silent Hill 2. New interactions with some objects and new scenes will now be available. These scenes are similar or with some type of reference to the previous game. For example, Heather trying to look for something stuck into the toilet in the mall.
Extra Weapons
Complete the game to unlock these various weapons:
Flamethrower
Kill more enemies by shooting than fighting. If you do not get this weapon on your first playthrough, you will get it automatically on your second.
Beam Sabre
Kill more enemies by fighting than shooting. This weapon turns into the Sexy Beam when you have the transform costume equipped.
Gold, and Silver Pipes
Throw your steel pipe into the sewers and answer the three questions as follows: No, No, Yes.
Infinite SMG Ammo
Defeat the final boss with a melee weapon.
Unlock the Life Bar
Complete the game on Hard Action Mode and Hard Riddle Mode to unlock the life bar in the extra options screen.
See All Endings
Normal Ending
Beat the game simply by not killing too many enemies.
Possessed Ending
Kill over 100+ enemies
Forgive the person in the church
Take over 2000 points worth of damage
Revenge Ending (UFO)
Get to Heathers apartment killing 30+ enemies with the Heather Beam.
