Thunderstrike: Operation Phoenix

At the Main Menu, select Options. At the Options screen, set the Vibration to 1, and set SFX and Music to 0. Then, simultaneously press and hold L1, L2, R1, R2, [C], and [SQ]. If you entered the code correctly, the words "Spooky Cat" will appear onscreen. Restore the settings and start a campaign, and all missions will be available.
