Clear All Gaps
On the Title screen, Press the combo of (R1, L1, L2, R2) x4.

Unlock Everything
On the main menu, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right. You will get a confirmation message if you entered it correctly.
