If you enter a suspiciously empty room, there's a high likelihood that there is something in there with you that you can't see with just your normal vision. Point the sensor on the Wii Remote towards the screen if you find yourself in vacant area and move the circle on the screen around your surroundings to discover hidden doors or items in the area.
