All Drugs: Repeatedly and simultaneously press L, R, Click Left Thumbstick.
All Weapons: Repeatedly and simultaneously press L, R, Click Right Thumbstick.
Invincibility: Repeatedly and simultaneously press L, R, A.
Show Stashes: Repeatedly and simultaneously press L, R, Left.
The Refinery: Repeatedly and simultaneously press L, R, A, X.
